We outline schedules for each customer project to control the progress and assign a dedicated person to be in charge of the discussion of function with customers in advance to confirm the demands. 3D simulation software is used to implement mechanism simulation; after importing to Siemens software for drawing, the file will be directed converted to editing program before forwarding to the host machine of CNC processing for instant processing and manufacturing in order to enhance efficiency and reduce the precision error caused by manual program editing. The design data and drawings are completely collected and managed after the end of each project to pass on the technology and turn it into the important research asset that our company possesses.
Various measurements and testing are able to inspect and test product components and equipment parts precisely. The consistence and stability of the quality is ensured through product quality inspection equipment as well as the self-designed, manufactured, and assembled quality inspecting fixture. Our company is equipped with Keyence hand-held detecting coordinate measuring machine and image dimension measuring system from Japan. All the instruments have been established default program to eliminate personal error in measurement and repeatedly implement automatic testing procedures during the whole process. In addition, the instrument is equipped with the function of statistics and analysis to evaluate manufacturing process capacity index for those processes under the management. It is one of the indexes for quantitative assessment of manufacturing process capacity. The higher the index of manufacturing process capacity is, the lower the defect rate is as well as the manufacturing process will become more stable. Subsequently, it will be able to produce the dimension of the workpiece rapidly as well as the testing report of relevant statistical values. In terms of the quality inspection, our company never stops self-demanding, continues improving, and adding equipment to achieve the enhancement of quality, management in manufacturing process, and overall competitiveness.
